Tabouli Salad

Been craving this for a week.  Finally made it for Sunday Dinner side dish.  It was a little tricky finding tomatoes that would not disappoint. 

Dinner was Steak, Tabouli and Asparagas.  It was truely wonderful.

Still making progress on my weight loss.  I am much more successful if I remember to drink two glasses of water during the day in addition to my 2 shakes a day.

Taboui recipe:    1 cup Tabouli mixture from Health Food Store
                           1/4 cup hot water
                           2 Tbs.  Olive oil
                           Tomatoes, Cilantro, Cucumber, green onions, optional Avacado
