Grilled Pork Chop

Knowing your own body and how it responds to different food types is key to losing weight.  I find that bread is not my friend. I can have 1 slice of bread a day and still be fine.

This is another of my favorite recipes.. I take a medium size Pork Chop, rub it with various dry herbs and enough olive oil to make the herbs stick to the meat, then simple grill it. With 2 types of vegetables, it makes a wonderful meal.
