Grilled Shrimp with Red Pepper Flakes

I really prefer the taste of grilled foods whenever it is possible.  There is something about grilling that adds a taste of it's own.

Lately I have have used a marinade with lemon juice, olive oil, parsley and some red pepper flakes.  Hot off the grill, serve with a simple salad.

If you choose to serve with a Cocktail Sauce go easy since that is where you pick up your calories.
