Whenever I hit a wall in my weight loss journey I try to add more fruit to my diet. Anything that ends in berry is particularly rich in Fiber.
I pulled these images off of Bing images, some really impressive ways to serve this wonderful fruit in a party atmosphere.
I also try to add berries to my Visalus Shakes whenever I can. Strawberries are really wonderful here in Utah right now. I am sure we get them from California.
